Drive “works” but not well,
I guess you get what you pay for!
I bought this drive for some video editing. While the drive does work for storage, unfortunately it keeps disconnecting (or dismounting) from my Mac every five minutes, making it impossible to edit any video from it. I tried to fix the problem by reformatting the drive to MAC, but still no luck. It does it on ALL computers I try it on (and I tried about 5 PCs and MACs), so it is not just my system. Shame. I will use for backup purposes only, not live work.
Basically, I consider this a waste of money. I had to go and buy a better one at Best Buy and pay $50, but at least it stays connected.

It’s been a Godsend,
Great product. Glad to finally be able to have additional memory space. One note: when the product arrived, there was no paperwork. It just came unlabled in an envelope. Not a safe idea.

Not Brand Named, but works great for me!,
This Hard Drive doesn’t have a brand name and is nothing fancy but for the price you pay it absolutely gets the job done. I really like the look of the mesh casing and it comes with a little pouch that you can carry it around in. It has a green LED light to show you it has connection and a red LED light to show you when it is transmitting information. Mine only had 298GB on it (formatted) which was fine for me cause I didn’t need the full 320 but keep that in mind if you do. I use this to store my backed up Wii games on and it works fine with my desktop, netbook and Wii! Very light, very portable and seems durable. I’ve been using it for over a week now with out any problems but will let you know of any speed bumps that come along!
