Good value. Great customer support.,
I purchased this player for a cost effective way to play children’s videos. Therefore, the ability to play HD content was not one of my criteria:
- cost effective – Yes
- variety of file playback – Good
After receiving the product, I thought it did not support component video output (despite the physical jacks on the back) because I could not get it to switch from composite output. After great customer support, I discovered it was my mistake for dismissing the ability after a failed attempt to switch output with the remote (my haste, my mistake).
Bottom line: This media player provides a cost effective way to playback a decent selection of video formats, with sufficient picture quality, and great customer support. Good value. Would recommend.
